You feel like you have the knowledge around what to eat but can’t figure out how to implement it consistently.
I am not 40+ and over but am interested. Can I join? Yes! This workshop is catered to women 40+ and their unique needs during this time of life. However the basics of fat loss will help anyone. The information will still be relevant and helpful and I would highly recommend it to women approaching 40 as well.

If you want an exact meal plan or a food list of what to eat and what not to eat or are not open to the mindset approach behind eating, this is not for you.

You do not have to have the video on and are free to join and simply listen. :) I don’t expect you to participate but will gladly answer any questions you have.
