I am a fitness trainer, health coach, and mom of 2. I spent so many years feeling overwhelmed and stressing over food and exercise. With the overload of information out there I know it can feel confusing but what I have learned over the years it is very simple. I don’t want any women to struggle and that is why I created way of eating that feels balanced and enjoyable and now teach it to other women.
