I created the 7 Day Declutter Your Diet Challenge to help you create an eating environment that sets you up for success so you can make better food choices with ease. You will feel freer, lighter, less overwhelmed with eating choices and learn how to create a space that supports you.

Your eating environment is an extension of your energy and mood so lets create one that makes you feel amazing!

I have designed this 7 day challenge to lead to real action and real success.

After this challenge you will:

Have your space at home (or work) help you make healthy food choices with ease

Know what food cues are making you eat without realizing it. 

Learn how to eat delicious foods without having to eat it all.

How to adapt to environment set up for success outside you home

Learn why just avoiding “bad” foods is not the answer

Finally be successful with your eating habits because you have a clear understanding of what is in your way.

Learn how to control your environment so your environment does not control you.

How this challenge will work:

Upon sign up you will receive a welcome email. Please use your best contact email when signing up.

Content will be delivered via email over the course of 7 days with access to me via a private Facebook for 7 days only. There will also be a training in this group at the end of the 7 days.

Challenge will begin Friday, February 11th.

For 5 of the 7 days you will receive one email to with your daily decluttering concept to implement to help create the space in your brain and eating environment feel lighter and simpler.

And don't worry, I know you are busy, so I literally created this with the mindset of “would someone who have a lot on their plate feel overwhelmed by this task?” And if I thought YES I broke it down into a smaller task.
