Eating With EASE Live Nutrition Workshop
I am hosting a FREE, Live, online Nutrition Workshop on Saturday, February 6th at 10:30 AM PST for busy moms who want a sustainable nutrition plan without giving up foods they love.
Take an hour for yourself (self-care mama) and plan out your nutrition for 2021 and learn the exact nutritional method I use to help my clients dial in eating habits and/or body change goals.
I will walk you through the process of what you need to know and do to reach your goals while creating a plan that is sustainable and enjoyable. There is limited space so be sure to snag your spot!

Moms who have minimal time to put toward nutrition but want to learn how to sustainably lose or maintain weight while promoting a healthy, positive relationship with food.
Have tried 3-5 diets in the past 10 years and have lost and regained the same 5-10 lbs.

Know what to do but can’t seem to put it into action consistently.

Who is this for?
This workshop is for you if you feel like you tried different ways of eating for a long time and still haven’t see the results you are looking for. You feel like you have the knowledge around what to eat but can’t figure out how to implement it consistently.
I am not a mom, but am interested. Can I join? Yes! This workshop is catered to busy moms so you will hear me reference kids and challenges moms face but the information will still be relevant and helpful.
Who this is not for?
If you want an exact meal plan or a food list of what to eat and what not to eat or are not open to the mindset approach behind eating, this is not for you.
I really want to do it but how does an online nutrition workshop work? I am not comfortable being on video with people I don’t know.
You do not have to have the video on and are free to join and simply listen. :) I don’t expect you to participate but will gladly answer any questions you have. This is a very casual setting that will be jam packed with value, information and a unique perspective on food and eating. Sign up, get your free workbook, and participate at your comfort level.
Will you be sharing any exercise information?
No this workshop will strictly be around food, eating and nutrition.
I don’t want to have to count calories. Will this work?
I provide a framework that does not require calorie counting but I will be referencing calories and when they are important based on your goal.
