No refunds will be granted once the payment is made.
Month to month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and cancellation requests will be applied to the next billing cycle.
Payments made in full for a certain amount of time will automatically roll over month to month at the end of the designated introductory period.
Example. If you purchase a 6 month subscription and pay upfront, you will automatically be charged once a month starting at the end of the 6 month period (on the 7th month) at the discounted price and will then be able to cancel any time. Cancellation requests will be applied to the next billing cycle.
Due to the nature of online training, workouts are unsupervised. For this reason, you agree to perform the movements and exercises within your own limitations. Should injury occur as a result of your following our online program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless trainer (Adele Jones) and all the trainer’s heirs, assigns, agents, partners, representatives, and any other position affiliated with the legal interests of trainer (Adele Jones). You assume all risks of harm you are exposed to when participating in this program.
I am not a Registered Dietician, I only work within my scope of practice. I do not write meal plans or give specific calorie recommendations based on medical conditions. I use guidelines to help you make balanced, healthy choices that support your health and fitness goals.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state you reside or follow this guidance.
Waiver of Liability
General Statement of Program Objectives and procedures:
I understand that this personal training program may include exercises to build the cardio respiratory system (heart and lungs), the musculoskeletal system, (which involves muscular endurance, strength and overall flexibility), and to improve body composition (increasing muscle and bone and decreasing body fat). Exercise includes aerobic activities, such as walking, running, bicycle riding, rowing machine, group aerobics, swimming and other aerobic activities, weight lifting using dumbbells, machines and other equipment to improve muscular strength and endurance, as well as flexibility exercises to improve joint range of motion.
Description of Potential Risks:
I understand that the reaction of the heart, lung, blood vessels as well as other systems to exercise cannot always be predicted with accuracy. I understand there is a risk of certain abnormal changes occurring during exercise, which include abnormalities of blood pressure or heart attacks, as well as other side effects. Use of weight lifting equipment and engaging in heavy body calisthenics may lead to musculoskeletal strains, pain and injury if: adequate warm-up, gradual progression, and safety procedures are not consistently followed.
I understand that the seller, Adele Jones, shall not be liable for any damages arising from injuries sustained by me, or anyone around me, while I am participating in this online training regimen. Participation in this exercise program is completely voluntary and done at my own risk.
I assume full responsibilities for any injuries or damages which may occur before, during, and/or after training. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adele Jones and all the trainer’s heirs, assigns, agents, partners, representatives, and any other position affiliated with the legal interests of Adele Jones.
I hereby fully and forever release and discharge trainer Adele Jones, its assigns and agents from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future therein.
I understand and warrant, release and agree that I am in good physical condition and that I have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to heart, safety, comfort, or physical condition (other than those items fully discussed on the health history form).
I state that I have had a recent physical checkup and have my personal physician’s permission to engage in aerobic and/or anaerobic conditioning.
Description of Potential Benefits:
I understand that a program of regular exercise for the heart, lungs, muscles and joints has many benefits associated with it. These may include a decrease in body fat, improvement in blood fats and blood pressure, improvement in physiological function and decrease in heart disease.
