We all know how easy it is to put exercise on th back burner. You might get a burst of motivation to start and then when life gets busy and other things interfere you find yourself falling off the wagon again.

But we also know how much better it feels when we show up for ourselves, get workouts in, and feel better.


Enter this challenge. You don’t have to spend hours a week exercising to improve fitness levels, lose weight or see progress. As long as you stay consistent you can get great results in less time.

To say consistent you need a smart workout plan that will help you burn fat and build muscle but also allows for recovery so you can get results and go live your life!

This challenge is designed to give you the momentum, accountability, and support you need going into the new year to get into the habit of working out.

I know it is easy to get stuck doing the same old thing (or not doing anything) and that sometimes it just takes a little extra boost to get going again. I got you!

Let me map out your workouts for the next 4 weeks so you can carve out some time for yourself and get in a routine that you don’t have to take a break from.

Whats included:

  • 4 weeks of total body workouts

How will this 4 week challenge work?

Upon sign-up I will personally contact you within 24 hours to get you all set up for the challenge!

On Saturday, January 6th you will have access to the workouts which you can access right from your phone or desktop.

There will be video links, descriptions and modifications so you know exactly what to do.

You will receive 3 workouts each week along with a bonus workout and built in rest days.

You will be able to personally correspond with me through the app so if you have any questions or need motivation, just check in! 

Who is this challenge for?

  • You are feeling like you want to make some changes to your health and fitness and would like support getting started.

  • You want to switch up your workout routine and want a little extra motivation and/or not to have to think about workouts for 3 weeks.

  • You hear the benefits of weight lifting but can’t seem to get started or stick with it.

  • You are short on time but still want an effective workout.

  • You want a challenge but also not be run into the ground. These workouts are challenging without being completely depleting.

  • Want a clearly programmed workout so you know exactly what to do each week and don’t have to waste any mental energy thinking about what exercises to do.

  • Have access to at least one pair of dumbbells and want to workout at home ( the gym is fine too).

Who this challenge is not for:

  • Not for you if you want follow along video workouts. There are video links so you know how to do each exercise but it is not a recording of me taking you through a workout. You can go at your own pace.

  • Not for you if you want quick results. This is going to lay out the foundation so you can get the results you want. Could you lose weight in the process? Sure. Will you get stronger? Likely. See muscle tone improve? Yes. But the goal is to show up, have fun, improve fitness, and feel good.

  • Not for you if you don’t want to lift weights. This is 3 weeks of weight workouts. Now, if you have been hesitant about adding weight lifting in but know you should, this is your sign it is time. ;)
