Momentum is a 6 - week habit based coaching course designed to help you dial in your eating, exercise, and lifestyle habits so you can start taking better care of yourself and get back to feeling good again.

If you are a woman over 40, you need a different approach. You need new strategies because what use to work in your 20’s won’t work anymore.

Maybe you’ve been working out and feel like you are eating healthy but you are just not seeing the results and are feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. Or maybe you have just given up because why even bother?

If you are feeling like you don’t recognize your body anymore and are not sure where to start this program will help you create the momentum you need to get start and keep going in a way that is simple and sustainable.

This will be the last program you need because it will teach you how to eat and exercise without going to extremes.

  • Learn exactly how many calories your body needs to reach your goals and also why we won’t be counting every single calorie you eat.

  • A customize workout program based on your goals, lifestyle, and availability so it is something you can actually stick with to get stronger, create muscle tone, burn fat, and stick with ongoing.

  • A Momentum Action Plan that identifies current behaviors and individualizes how to implement new habits to make the most impact and leave you with a clear daily action plan to create results that last

  • 6 weeks of 24/7 accountability coaching that includes text and audio message through Voxer as you work to build new habits and reach your goals (so much better than doing it alone)

When does it start?

Momentum begins Sunday December 5th and runs through Saturday, January 15th.

Who is this program for?

This is for the overwhelmed woman who feels she does not have time to take care of her health and her self. You aren’t feeling your best and are ready to make change.

You may or may not have a fat/weight loss goal, regardless you are ready to feel healthier now. You are committed to making change, excited to have someone help you along the way. You also might be feeling relieved that this approach is simple.

You are open to the idea of behavior change, awareness around appetite, and improving your relationship and outlook with food.

Who is this not for?

This program is not for you if you want a plan that tells you exactly what to eat and are not open to the idea of behavior change.

This is not for you if you to be told exactly what to eat at all times.

This is not for you if you don’t plan to communicate with me or ask for help if needed. If you don’t respond to messages, read the content I send or attend the calls or watch the replays of the calls you will not get much out of the program.

How do the group coaching calls work.

The calls will be held through ZOOM and contain an educational component as well as live interactions, time for questions etc. If you do not feel comfortable with the idea of being a call with people you don’t know please know you can sit and listen with video off. I want this to be a comfortable experience and I will never pressure you to interact.

Will there be a workout program?

You can upgrade and add a workout component if you want to get in a consistent workout program as well. You can join my Fit With Adele online coaching group at a discount price or you can upgrade to a personalized workout program if you would like the extra support and something custom to you.

I am a fitness trainer, health coach, and mom of 2. I spent so many years feeling overwhelmed and stressing over food and exercise. With the overload of information out there I know it can feel confusing but what I have learned over the years it is very simple. I don’t want any women to struggle and that is why I created a ways of eating that feels balanced and enjoyable and now teach it to other women. I am a certified Precision Nutrition coach and am certified through the NSCA as a personal trainer and a STOTT Pilates instructor.
