Why join? If you are a woman in your 40s, 50s, or 60s and struggle with weight loss or don’t feel as strong or fit as you would like this challenge provides not only the routine you need to get started but the motivation, accountability, and support to keep going.
It is no secret that staying in shape gets a little bit harder each decade. And what worked in your 20’s and 30’s might not work any more.
You may feel like you put in a lot of effort into exercise but nothing seems to be working. OR you feel intimated and hopeless so why even bother.
Maybe you hear about the benefits of lifting weights but are not sure where to start or feel intimidated by what you think it is. Hint: It doesn’t have to be an out intense bootcamp or lifting hundreds of pounds to get great results. In fact it doesn’t have to be like that at all.
Enter this challenge. You don’t have to spend hours a week exercising to improve fitness levels, lose weight or see progress. As long as you stay consistent you can get great results in less time.
To say consistent you need a smart workout plan that will help you burn fat and build muscle but also allows for recovery so you can get results and go live your life! This challenge will give you a taste of that.

How will this 10 day challenge work?
You will receive a welcome email upon sign up.
We will begin on Monday, March 25th so be on the lookout Friday, March 22nd for all the challenge details.
The goal will be to complete 4 workouts in 10 days. I want this to feel practical for you so you have extra days built in if you need more rest or your schedule gets busy (real life).
There will be 2 bonus workouts if you finish the main 4 sooner.
You can access the workouts right from your phone (or desktop). There will be video links, descriptions and modifications so you never feel unsure of what to do.
You will be able to personally correspond with me through the app so if you have any questions or need motivation, just check in!
Who is this challenge for?
You want to get started with weight lifting but want something simple to follow.
You feel short on time but still want an effective workout. Workouts are 20 minutes or less for this challenge.
You want to be challenged but also not be run into the ground. These workouts are challenging without being completely depleting.
You like having a workout to follow so you don’t have to waste any mental energy thinking about what exercises to do or wondering if they are the best ones.
Have access to at least one pair of dumbbells and want to workout at home ( the gym is fine too).
If you are feeling like “Yes it is time to step up my came and take care of myself.”
If you are feeling like you want to switch up your routine and want a little extra motivation and accountability.
It can put exercise on the back burner. You might get a burst of motivation to start and then when life gets busy and other things interfere you find yourself falling off the wagon again. But I want to show you how to keep it simple so working out is something you can sustain long enough to feel and see change.

You will need 1 pair of dumbbells. Ideally 2 pairs of dumbbells, 1 heavier and 1 lighter so you can challenge yourself more in certain exercises but 1 pair will work to start. A yoga mat and a workout bench or a dining chair will also be used in the workouts

The workouts will take 20 minutes or less. The goal is to get 4 workouts in 10 days. I want to give you plenty of time to complete the challenge. There will also be bonus workouts if you complete the first 4 quickly.

This challenge is designed for women who want to get started lifting weights or have lifted before but it has just been awhile. If you want to get started with lifting weights but are not sure where to start and want to make sure you have a safe, effective plan to follow you are in the right place.

You will have access to the workouts for 10 days and can do the workouts on whatever days work best for you There will be a sample schedule but you don’t have to follow it.

Being that this is a free challenge you will only have access to the workouts during the 10 days. If you decide to keep working with me you will have access to these workouts and more.
