
STRONG SPRING WORKOUT CHALLENGE
Introducing STRONG SPRING 2022, a 4 week total body workout challenge you can do right from home.
We will kick off the Fit With Adele STRONG SPRING on Monday April 4th!
This 4 week challenge is designed to give you 4 weeks of full body workouts you can do from home with minimal equipment (dumbbells only).
It will take place through the TrueCoach Fitness App (free to you) and will provide all the motivation, accountability, and support you need to reset your fitness routine and feel great.
I know it is easy to get stuck doing the same old thing (or not doing anything) and that sometimes it just takes a little extra boost to get going again. I got you.
Let me map out your workouts for the next 4 weeks so you can carve out some time for yourself to move, get stronger and just plain feel good about showing up for yourself.

How will this 4 week challenge work?
Upon sign-up I will personally contact you within 24 hours to get you all set up for the challenge!
On Sunday April 3rd you will have access to Week 1’s workouts and the daily challenge for the week.
Each Sunday your new workouts for the week will be delivered. You can access the workouts right from your phone and like I said above there will be video links, descriptions and modifications so you never feel unsure of what to do.
You will receive 3 full body workouts each week along with a core workout and built in rest days.
When you sign up you will received a welcome email within 24 hours and instructions on how to download the app so you are ready to go on Monday, April 4th.
You will be able to personally correspond with me through the app so if you have any questions or need motivation, just check in!
You will also receive community support through my Fit With Adele Online Community so you have a group to help keep you accountable too.
Who is this challenge for?
If you are short on time but still want an effective workout. All workouts are 25-35 minutes with a combination of strength and full body conditioning.
If you want a challenge but also not be run into the ground. These workouts are challenging without being completely depleting.
Want a clearly programmed workout so you know exactly what to do each week and don’t have to waste any mental energy thinking about what exercises to do.
Have access to at least one pair of dumbbells and want to workout at home ( the gym is fine too).
If you are feeling like “Yes it is time to step up my came and take care of myself.”
If you are feeling like you want to switch up your routine and want a little extra motivation and/or not to have to think about workouts for 4 weeks.
Who this challenge is not for:
Not for you if you want follow along video workouts. There are video links so you know how to do each exercise but it is not a recording of me taking you through a workout. You can go at your own pace.
Not for you if you want quick results. This is going to lay out the foundation so you can get the results you want. Could you lose weight in the process? Sure. Will you get stronger? Likely. But the goal is to show up, have fun, improve fitness, and feel good.
Not for you if you don’t like weight lifting. This is 4 weeks of weight workouts. Now, if you have been hesitant about adding weight lifting in but know you should, this is your sign it is time. ;)
Where will the challenge take place?
In many places!! Instagram, TrueCoach app and Email. Therefore you can still participate even if you don’t have any social media platforms or don’t care to participate in that part of the challenge.
Workouts will be delivered through the TrueCoach app (free to you to use) and Instagram will be an added extra piece if you decide you want a bit more social media encouragement and fun.
If that is not your thing, you just get the app, access the workouts and get to work. 💪
